There is some good news regarding assessment inequality. The Labour Government have conducted an Education Review set by Becky Francis (a educationalist and academic who specialises in educational inequalities). Teachers, headteachers, school staff educators, experts, parents and young people have been invited to take it. It is reviewing the kind of changes we need for education as whole, ranging from preschools to higher education.

I have taken the review myself, didn't answer all the questions though. I mainly mentioned the inequalities in the GCSE Curriculum and the need for assessment balance and more creative freedom of learning. I provided some evidence I have found too and also sent through many of my (not-so-representative) Reddit polls. 😂
